NAFB Talks to Tom Buis About Proposed Legislation to Alter RFS
Representatives Bob Goodlatte and Jim Costa have introduced legislation to reduce or eliminate the volumes of renewable fuel use mandated by the Renewable Fuels Standard based upon corn stocks-to-use ratios. A number of leading biofuel organizations—including Growth Energy—are warning against the proposed changes.
